“My family and I are so blessed to have added a new member to our family! His name is MJ. We have found that this stands for many things – Michael Jordan cause that dog can JUMP – Mr. Jazzy cause he will stop what he is doing to listen to certain music and MY JOY! The last name is because he has filled a hole in my heart that I did not think would ever go away. I have lost 3 dogs in the past 5 years. The most recent one was Jaxson, who was a rescue puppy! And there was Harley who was totally her momma’s baby! And Callie who had Jim wrapped around her paw! I was so afraid of losing another one but Jeanna knew best. So…………last Friday MJ came to my house. He just came right in and ended up in bed with me the 1st night! (Thanks Danielle/Camp Bow Wow for the bath). I must say that it was love at 1st wag for Jim, my husband, and Chris, my son! As a matter of fact, Chris actually was home 2 times in 2 ½ days recently. Before, he made it home maybe 2 times per month. I think that Jeanna summed it up best. She told me that she KNEW that he was a special one and she thinks that Callie, Harley and Jaxson sent MJ to grow old with Jim and me. After all, she said – Fairytales do happen in the dog world!
Thanks to Jeanna and to Hilary for fostering my new baby and to Danielle and the gang at Camp Bow Wow for all the kindness they showed us! And thanks to every person who does so much to help this foundation change so many lives (not only dogs!) and touch so many hearts!!”
Thank you to the Killuminati Foundation for our sweet boy, MJ!!! Terri, Jim, & MJ Snow

Kennedy and his new family!
As long as I’m yakking…Kennedy is doing awesome! He rarely has an accident anymore…not that he had many in the first place. He follows me around all the time. Wherever I go, Kennedy goes. Seriously. If I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom – Kennedy is off the bed and in the bathroom with me. Last night, my husband turned over in bed and he kind of groaned because he has a sore shoulder. Kennedy kept growling at him! Who is this person in my Mom ’s bed?! Finally, Steve had to sit up and say, “Kennedy, it’s me. Go to sleep!” Our boy was just a hoot in the snow this weekend also. He had a blast! When we would go back in the house the snow would be packed to the hair on his legs and we’d have to go in the bathroom and put him in the tub for his legs to have a warm soak and rub the snow till it melted off his legs. He’s just a good boy and I love him to pieces. -Peggy Sue - adopted Kennedy (above)

Shadow & Britni
The Killuminati Foundation has changed my life tremendously! Thanks to the foundation I have my two big babies Maui and Shadow. My babies are my world and I am reminded of that every morning when they jump into my bed to wake me with kisses. I’m so thankful to know that I was able to save my dogs, and know that if it weren’t for the foundation they wouldn’t be alive today. After getting to know more about the foundation I fell in love with what it does for dogs in need, and am looking forward to making the foundation part of my everyday life, and helping it grow and help other babies, so someone else can experience what I have.

MJ
We found our newest addition to our family online. Her title was Wishes but my son (along with the rest of the family’s input) named her Maggie. I had been looking for a dog for my Son for his 11th birthday, but we couldn’t find the right one for us. I wanted to save a puppy to show my son the best thing to do … give a dog a home who didn’t have one. Then, I saw Maggie. As soon as I saw her I knew she was the one. I was afraid to call, afraid I was too late and she was in the process of getting a home or already got one. Then I got the call back. She was still up for adoption and with a wonderful foster family that I still send updates and pictures to.
We got her on a Saturday and my Son’s birthday was Wednesday. We had his party early. They got along great! I was also afraid she wouldn’t be able to keep up with or get along with our Jack Russell who is all energy. Boy do they get along! She fits in perfectly. I would do it all over again. We love her and wouldn’t know what to do without her now. I don’t know why people do what they do when they drop off a dog or puppy to fend for themselves. We were told that she was dumped in a ditch in the freezing weather. She is so lovable - like a teddy bear - loves to cuddle and play. Please, if you are looking for a puppy or dog - adopt one. It was the best thing we could have ever done. Thank you Killuminati Rescue for my newest family member!!!
